A quarterly, database-backed index of measured unit rates across the Jamaican built environment — searched, filtered and parish-adjusted, in both US and Jamaican dollars, for cost planners, contractors and developers.

Every query hits an indexed store and returns a single page — the browser never loads the full dataset, so search stays fast as coverage grows.

Rates are re-priced each quarter from live tender returns and supplier schedules, then reconciled by ECO's chartered surveyors.

Location factors reflect haulage from the ports, labour availability and site access by parish, so a rate in Port Antonio reads differently from one in Kingston.
